How much does it cost to rent a bus?
The price depends on the kilometers traveled, the number of people, the hours the vehicle is available, etc. To know the price of your service you only have to request an online quote from our website without obligation or through the email reservas@taborgroup.es
Can I cancel my trip?

Yes, you can cancel your trip without penalty up to 72 hours before the start of your services.

What happens if I cancel my trip?
Cancellation less than 48 hours before the start of services, Tabor Bus SA will charge 50% of expenses of the total amount.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before the start of services, Tabor Bus SA will charge 100% of expenses of the total amount.
I want to rent a bus, but I don't see the service I need

What should I do in case of loss of luggage or objects?
For the treatment of lost objects we have a Lost and Found Office, to which objects found during the provision of services are transferred.

How can I pay in Tabor Group?
The corresponding payment is made prior to the start of the services (pre-payment).
How can I make a complaint or claim?
In the event that you have a complaint about the service provided, do not hesitate to transmit it so that we can resolve the incident. For this you can contact us by phone or send us an e-mail.
Can I bring my pet on board?
At Tabor Group we are delighted to take your pet with us. If for some reason, one of the travelers disagrees with the presence of the animal in the car, don't worry. We will do our best to find an alternative. You must make sure that your little friend integrates as one more traveler during the journey.
